Customer Service Representative Location:
Thomasville, NC Openwork is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Thomasville, NC. This is a long-term opportunity offering competitive pay based on experience, ranging from $22.00-$28.00 per hour. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the production team, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. This position requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, pricing, timelines, and product specifications.
- Process and enter customer orders into the company's system.
- Coordinate with production, design, and shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Review artwork, proofs, and order details with customers before production begins.
- Track orders and provide customers with status updates.
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and delivery issues.
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and other documentation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting production deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or account management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or printing environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order-entry systems.
- Ability to work effectively with production and sales teams.
- Experience in labels, packaging, printing, or branding is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay:
$22.00-$28.00 per hour, based on experience.- Long-term opportunity with potential for growth.
