This is a dynamic, public-facing position that combines client relations, administration, sales, marketing, community outreach, social media and direct client support with our advanced brain technologies. The right person will be an important part of the entire REVIV Fargo client experience—from the first phone call and scheduling a Functional Neurological Examination to working one-on-one with clients utilizing Cereset® and EXOMIND®. Responsibilities Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through proactive communication and personalized service. Manage client accounts using CRM systems such as Salesforce Cloud, ensuring accurate data entry and timely updates. Coordinate with internal teams across sales, marketing, and customer support to deliver seamless client experiences. Oversee order processing and track client requests to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues. Utilize data-driven insights to analyze client interactions, identify opportunities for upselling or service improvements, and support strategic decision-making. Conduct regular account reviews to understand client needs, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities. Support sales initiatives by identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and assisting in contract negotiations. Qualifications Proven experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis purposes. Ability to collaborate across departments to deliver comprehensive client solutions through cross-functional teamwork. Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service excellence in financial services or related industries.
Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 per week
