The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing the customers with quality options for their vehicle needs. The Customer Service Representative is the communication link between the customer the other departments in the shop that are executing services that have been approved by our customers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Interact and communicate with customers Customer Education on Automotive Services Check in / Check out process Workflow Management Inventory Knowledge Industry Specific Training attended
Warranty Knowledge Safety Compliance Standards Job Description:
Building customer quotes based on technician's recommendations Interacting and communicating with our valued customers Identifying and ordering parts needed to complete repair orders Educate customers about the many products and services we offer Serve as an intermediary between our technicians and our customers Handling customer issues or complaints
Requirements:
A positive, outgoing, and customer focused attitude Must be able to thrive in a team atmosphere, working closely with others Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Possess excellent communication skills Experience in the Automotive industry is preferred but not required. Valid Driver's License and insurability
