Responsibilities:
Support customers via phone, email, chat, and CRM systems Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Resolve order issues, shipping concerns, product questions, and customer inquiries Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and other teams to meet customer needs. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Requirements:
2+ years of customer service, order management, and sales support experience preferred. Pay Details:
