What our Pet Care Attendant / Client Service Representatives Do This hands-on, cross-trained role combines client service with compassionate animal care. You'll help keep the front desk running smoothly while also supporting patients and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Customer Service & Front Desk Greet clients and provide friendly, professional customer service Answer and manage a high volume of phone calls Schedule appointments and assist clients with questions and requests Maintain accurate patient records Document client communications Prioritize responsibilities and manage competing needs in a busy environment Pet Care & Kennel Provide compassionate and attentive care to hospitalized patients Maintain clean, safe, and organized kennel areas Monitor patients and communicate concerns to the appropriate veterinary team members Follow hospital protocols for patient care, sanitation, and safety What You'll Bring You don't need to know everything on day one—we're looking for someone who is dependable, compassionate, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to the team.
