JOB DESCRIPTION
Bathhouse is seeking an attentive, organized, and service-oriented Reservationist to support our guest experience in its entirety. This role is responsible for guiding guests through their booking process, answering questions and concerns, and helping ensure every guest feels informed, welcomed, and taken care of before they arrive. Reservationists manage phone calls, email, and online inquiries (including social media), schedule appointments, and act as knowledgeable ambassadors for everything Bathhouse has to offer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer guest inquiries by phone, email, and online messaging in a timely, professional manner. Book and manage appointments using Zendesk and our reservation systems. Clearly explain amenities, services, pricing, policies, and availability. Troubleshoot scheduling issues and assist guests with changes or special requests. Document guest interactions and ensure accurate information. Develop a thorough knowledge of Bathhouse amenities, services, promotions, and policies. Communicate with on-site teams about guest needs, special notes, or escalations. Deliver warm, guest-first service while upholding Bathhouse standards and tone. Support a calm, professional, and welcoming experience for every guest.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in hospitality, spa/wellness, reservations, or customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable multitasking across email, phone, and software systems. Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable. Ability to stay calm, solutions-focused, and professional when issues arise. Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong sense of accountability. Comfortable learning technology and working in Zendesk (training provided). Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Hourly Rate:
$25/hour. Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance available for full-time employees. Complimentary unlimited admission to Bathhouse. Three "Plus One" guest passes per month. 50% discount on services, retail products, and restaurant offerings.
