Executive Assistant - Hospital Administrative Contract in Cherry Hill, NJ Join a fast-paced hospital administrative team in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. This 13-week travel assignment is a strong fit for an experienced Executive Assistant or healthcare administrative professional who thrives in a dynamic, non-clinical hospital setting.

South Jersey with easy access to the greater Philadelphia metro area Job Requirements High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred At least 3 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting senior executives or in an executive office Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams Flu vaccination required; medical or religious exemptions only Responsibilities Provide high-level executive assistant and administrative support to senior hospital leadership Manage executive calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and prioritize competing demands Serve as a primary liaison for assigned leaders, screening inquiries and coordinating follow-up Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business materials Coordinate executive meetings, including agendas, materials, minutes, and action item tracking Support projects, initiatives, and program-related activities with careful tracking of timelines and deliverables Plan meetings, events, and training sessions, including logistics and post-event follow-up Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times in a healthcare environment Assist with administrative operations, including resource coordination and budget-related purchases Welcome visitors and stakeholders with a strong customer service approach Why Apply for This Healthcare Administrative Job?
