A Customer Service Representative interacts directly with customers to answer questions and solve problems. Communicates with customers in person, over the phone or online. Provides help with troubleshooting technical problems for equipment or software. Keeps records of customer communications and transactions.

What You'll Do Respond via email and phone to Internet Leads Determine each customer's needs by asking the correct questions Set appointments for service department and follow up to confirm Ensure a positive customer experience Introduce customers to service team Enter customer information into CRM Outbound and inbound customer phone calls. What You'll Bring Automotive Service BDC is required Strong focus on providing best-in-class customer service Outstanding follow-up skills Ability to maintain excellent phone etiquette while handling a high volume of calls Strong communication skills -both verbal and written Excellent computer skills including CRM proficiency Highly organized with attention to detail Total Rewards The (Hourly) Wage for this position is ($17 ) dependent on experience.
