Ice cream scoopers will be one of the main faces of customer service at the shoppe. Scoopers will be responsible for ice cream distribution in a consistent and timely manner in regards to portion sizes and appearance of menu items. They will also be responsible for creating novelties, completing accurate money transactions, and interacting with customers in a professional manner. Scoopers will be working on a team with other employees, while maintaining good communication with others within a very fast-paced environment.

General Responsibilities :

Scoop ice cream consistently and in a timely manner Create and serve menu items in a visually appealing manner Make stock of novelty items Maintain a clean work area Greet customers Work the register Answer customer questions Provide suggestions

Key Responsibilities :

Providing exceptional customer service Learn and have complete knowledge of menu Learn and provide correct ice cream sizing Learn to create and provide novelty food items Learn food safety regulations and follow them at all times Learn register program and maintain change drawer Answer customers regarding details about ice cream and novelties Daily opening and closing of the shoppe- including cleaning buckets, counters, utensils, floors Restock product and ice cream flavors

Qualifications :

At least 17 years of age Night, weekend and holiday availability Food Industry experience is a plus! Demonstrates proficient technological skills when working POS system
