Job Description
Customer Service Specialist Pioneer Commodities USA is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our 3PL warehouse operations. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinates shipments, monitors inventory transactions, and communicates with carriers and warehouse personnel to ensure exceptional service. Primary Responsibilities Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments. Dispatch carriers and schedule appointments. Verify bills of lading and shipping documentation. Communicate shipment status and inventory updates to customers. Monitor inventory transactions within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Work closely with warehouse personnel to meet customer expectations. Provide professional phone and email support. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service or logistics experience preferred. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and accuracy. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays as business requires.
