As a Hearing Ambassador, you will interact with members, provide basic information about hearing health, create awareness, and assist in scheduling appointments with hearing specialists. No prior hearing industry experience is required — paid training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Engage with Client members and create awareness about hearing health. Educate members about available hearing services. Assist members with scheduling appointments with hearing specialists. Provide a friendly and positive customer experience. Maintain a professional and welcoming presence at the hearing centre. Support day-to-day customer service activities. Who Can Apply? Freshers and graduates are welcome. Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, energetic, and comfortable speaking with people.
