Customer Service Representative

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative Jersey City, NJ. In this role you will deliver in-person customer service and drive sales by speaking directly with AT&T customers about their products and services. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide outstanding customer engagement and sales support while helping customers understand AT&T offerings and make confident decisions. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Greeting customers and presenting AT&T products and services in person. Providing exceptional customer service and building rapport. Educating customers to support informed choices and increase sales. Addressing customer questions and resolving concerns with a professional approach. Supporting the team with outreach that leads to positive customer experiences and sales outcomes.
