00 per hour + Bonuses Do you love connecting with people and making their day a little brighter? If you have a background in retail, restaurants, or a busy front desk, you already have the amazing people skills we're looking for! We're a trusted hearing aid center right here in Clovis, and we've spent the last 30 years helping people reconnect with the world around them. We are looking for a warm, organized Customer Service Representative (internally, we call this role a Patient Care Coordinator) to be the welcoming heart of our clinic.
Why You'll Love Working With Us A Beautiful Schedule:
Say goodbye to late nights, weekends, and holiday shifts! You'll work Monday through Friday, 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., leaving you with plenty of time to enjoy your evenings and weekends.
Meaningful Connections:
This is so much more than a desk job. Hearing loss affects many adults, and you'll play a huge part in helping our clients hear their loved ones again.
A Truly Supportive Team:
We are a close, collaborative group. You'll work alongside experienced professionals who genuinely want to see you succeed, learn, and thrive in your role.
Great Benefits:
We want you to feel secure and valued. We offer employer-matched 401(k) retirement plans, dental and vision insurance, and paid time off to help you plan for a bright future. What a Typical Day Looks Like Every day is a little different, but your main goal is always the same: making sure our patients feel seen, valued, and cared for.
Morning Warm-Up:
You'll start the day by getting the clinic ready, reviewing the schedule with your clinic partner, and preparing patient files so everything runs smoothly.
Welcoming Guests:
You are the very first smile our patients see. You'll greet them, help them feel at ease, and assist them with any necessary intake paperwork. Saving the Day (Quick Fixes): If a patient walks in distressed because their hearing aid isn't working, you'll be their hero. We will teach you how to do simple, hands-on troubleshooting—like cleaning a device or changing a tiny wax guard—so they can leave happy and hearing clearly again! Behind the
Scenes:
You'll keep our front office organized by answering phone calls, scheduling follow-ups, taking payments, and entering updates into our computer system.
Insurance Support:
You will also be verifying benefits for our insurance customers, helping them understand their coverage so they can focus on what matters most—improving their hearing.
Wrapping Up:
At the end of the day, you'll help balance the daily receipts, prep for tomorrow, and head out right at 5:00 p.m. knowing you truly made a difference in someone's life. Who We Are Looking For A naturally positive person who brings genuine warmth and compassion to every conversation. Someone who pays close attention to the little details and can adapt easily to different tasks throughout the day. A high school graduate (or equivalent) who feels comfortable learning new computer programs. If you've spent time in retail, food service, medical, or any setting where making people happy was your main goal, you'll be a wonderful fit! We love to invest in our team, so for the right person looking for a long-term career, there may even be future opportunities to learn, train, and advance toward becoming a licensed hearing professional. We Can't Wait to Meet You! If you're ready to bring your wonderful energy to a rewarding career where you are truly valued, we would love to hear from you. Please send us your resume and a brief cover letter telling us a little about yourself and why you'd be a great addition to our clinic.
