Join Our Team at Humboldt Print & Mail! We're looking for someone who loves helping people, enjoys staying busy, and wants to be part of a fun, hardworking team! No two days are the same around here. One minute you might be helping a customer with business cards, the next you're shipping a package, checking in a print order, or helping someone find the perfect promotional product. If you enjoy variety and like learning new things, you'll fit right in. What You'll Be Doing Greeting customers with a smile and providing outstanding customer service. Answering phones and assisting customers with questions and print orders. Entering orders accurately into our system. Processing UPS and USPS shipments. Assisting with mailbox services, notary services, and other front counter needs. Communicating with customers about quotes, proofs, and completed jobs. Helping keep the front office organized and running smoothly. Working alongside our production team to make sure jobs stay on track. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and friendly personality. Reliable, dependable, and motivated. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Strong attention to detail. Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills. Someone who enjoys working with both customers and teammates. Print or shipping experience is a bonus, but we're happy to train the right person!
