Schedule:

Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00

PM Environment:

Professional In-Office Setting Responsibilities:

Answer high-volume inbound calls and emails from customers with a warm, professional demeanor. Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, order status updates, and general troubleshooting. Enter data and maintain accurate customer records using internal computer software. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests. Option 2: Warehouse Customer Service / Pick & Pack Specialist (2nd Shift)

Schedule:

Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM - 9:00

PM Environment:

Warehouse & Active Service Operations Responsibilities:

Split time between customer service support and physical order fulfillment in a warehouse setting. Receive, verify, and process incoming customer orders. Accurately pick, pack, and stage products for shipping based on customer order sheets. Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and resolving order fulfillment questions. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence. Solid basic computer skills (data entry, Microsoft Office, email navigation). High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and reliable attendance. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. For 2nd

Shift Role:
