Job Description

Temporary Customer Service Representative (3-6 Month Assignment) Position Summary Masis Staffing is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative to support aftermarket spares and repair services. This role is responsible for end-to-end order support, proactive customer communication, and coordination across internal teams to resolve issues and keep orders moving.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Assignment Length:
3-6 months
Worksite:
On-site in Lancaster, NY $28/
HR Key Responsibilities Order Management:
Process new orders, changes, cancellations, and expedite requests for aftermarket spares and repair services.
Customer Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts; provide timely updates on lead times, delays, quality holds, and shipping status.
RMA & Warranty Coordination:
Initiate and track RMAs, warranty evaluations, and repair orders; communicate inspection findings and final dispositions.
Issue Resolution:
Investigate shortages, shipment errors, quality concerns, and production delays; partner with planning, quality, engineering, and logistics teams to resolve issues. Qualifications Associate's degree preferred (Business Administration or Management). Excellent written and verbal communication skills—professional, concise, and customer-focused. Strong problem-solving skills; comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
