We're opening a brand-new veterinary hospital , and we're looking for a friendly, energetic, organized, and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our founding team. As one of the first people our clients meet and speak with, you'll play a huge role in creating the warm, welcoming experience we want our hospital to be known for. We're looking for someone who is naturally personable, loves connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that excellent customer service is about much more than answering the phone. The Ideal Candidate Has previous experience in veterinary reception, customer service, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role Able to appropriately differentiate levels of urgency when clients call with sick pets Loves animals and genuinely enjoys working with pet owners Is warm, friendly, upbeat, and naturally welcoming Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Is comfortable speaking with clients in person and over the phone Can confidently handle multiple tasks while staying organized and calm Has strong attention to detail Is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in their work Is comfortable using computers and learning new software and technology Can handle busy days with a positive attitude and a sense of humor Is compassionate and understanding when clients are stressed or worried about their pets Is a team player who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed Is proactive and looks for ways to make the client and team experience better Wants to grow with a new business and be part of building something special Why Join Us?
