Job Description

As an Administrative Customer Service Assistant , you will be responsible for many office duties. These duties include, but aren't limited to: Create and manage customer accounts, and document and update customer records Schedule appointments Communicate with field techs and sale people Communicate with customers on basic account information and services (both on the phone and via email) Data Entry Answering phones and emails Working on special projects as needed Work with the team as well as independently Computer Literate - comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) In the Administrative Customer Service Assistant role, you must be a positive, customer-service-oriented team player who is also able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You must present a professional image and great communication skills, both written and verbal. Other Requirements of the Admin Customer Service Assistant role: Preferably have at least 1 year of recent Administrative/Clerical experience Must have at least an intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Ability to work independently at times with minimal to no supervision Knowledge of general clerical procedures and protocol Must be able to work Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm and be punctual Knowledge of Alarm industry and/or Sedona Software helpful
