Full Job Description Starting Pay:

$17.00/hour Lori's Natural Foods Center is urgently hiring Grocery Store Team Members for several areas of our store, including Fresh (Produce & Bulk), Front End/Cashier, and Grocery/Stocking . We're looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy working with customers and being part of a team. If you have experience in grocery stores, retail, customer service, cashiering, stocking, produce, food service, or merchandising , we'd love to hear from you. No grocery experience? We're also happy to train the right person. Current Openings We are currently hiring for: Fresh Team Members -

Produce & Bulk:

Stock and rotate products, maintain displays, keep the department organized, and assist customers. Front End Team Members /

Cashiers:

Greet customers, operate the register, assist with purchases, answer questions, and provide a great checkout experience. Grocery Team Members /

Stockers:

Stock and organize shelves, rotate products, maintain displays, assist customers, and help keep the Grocery Department running smoothly. During the interview process, we'll talk about your experience and interests to determine which area may be the best fit. What You'll Do Depending on your department, you may: Provide friendly, helpful customer service Assist customers with questions and locating products Stock, organize, and rotate merchandise Operate a cash register and process customer transactions Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked departments Receive and put away merchandise Help with product displays and merchandising Support other departments when needed Follow food safety, store safety, and Company procedures Work as part of a team to create a great shopping experience What We're Looking For Friendly and comfortable working with customers Dependable and ready to work Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and help wherever needed Ability to work in an active, fast-paced grocery store environment Previous grocery, retail, cashier, stocking, produce, customer service, or food service experience is a plus, but not required Schedule Schedules are set week to week based on store needs and employee availability. Applicants should have flexibility to work a combination of weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
