In this full-time opportunity, you will provide advanced customer service in support of the set-up and maintenance of client accounts. Position Details:

Delivers customer service through inbound phone calls. Processes documentation related the set-up and maintenance of client accounts. Researches and responds user questions and problems regarding accounts. Diffuses client concerns and notifies management of critical situations. Maintains an accurate recording of all internal and external communication. Utilizes multiple software applications in order to respond to all client inquiries.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma required 2 years of customer service experience required Knowledge/experience in the insurance industry is prefered Computer literacy required Ability to multitask Strong communication skills Self-Motivated US citizen or permanent resident status One Path Career Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
