Warner Law Offices, PLLC is an established law practice dedicated to providing trusted, high-quality legal services. We are thrilled to announce the expansion of our firm with a brand-new office location right here in downtown Athens, Ohio. As we grow our physical footprint into this community, we are looking for a dedicated professional to help anchor our new local office. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, organized, and empathetic professional to serve as our dual Legal Assistant and Intake Specialist for our new Athens location. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for local clients and the organizational backbone of this office. You will seamlessly bridge our established firm procedures with our new local presence by managing client inquiries, screening potential cases, and maintaining daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities Client Intake:
Answer incoming calls and emails from potential clients with empathy and professionalism.
Lead Screening:
Gather initial case details and screen leads based on firm criteria.
Scheduling:
Coordinate consultations and manage the firm's local master calendar.
Administrative Support:
Draft basic legal documents, correspondence, and notices.
File Management:
Maintain organized physical and digital client files within our case management system.
Office Coordination:
Greet visitors, handle incoming mail, and manage general office supplies.
Qualifications Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and an ability to quickly learn legal software.
