Job Description

Position:
Customer Support Representative /
Hours:
  • 20-24 hours/week,
Duties :
Answer phones and greet clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Add and maintain client information in CRM systems
  • Provide support to prospective and current clients as needed
  • Coordinate kits for agent appointments
  • Communicate with insurance carriers regarding cancellation letters, change requests, and updates
  • Upload monthly renewals from carriers into the CRM
  • Assist the team with various projects
  • Assist with the yearly open enrollment period (October to December), requiring additional hours per week during this time, including some Saturdays. Requirements & qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and multitask effectively
  • Prior experience in health insurance is a plus, particularly in Medicare
  • Self-motivated and well-organized
  • Adaptable and able to go with the flow
