Job Description
Position:
Customer Support Representative /Hours:
- 20-24 hours/week,
Duties :
Answer phones and greet clients- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Add and maintain client information in CRM systems
- Provide support to prospective and current clients as needed
- Coordinate kits for agent appointments
- Communicate with insurance carriers regarding cancellation letters, change requests, and updates
- Upload monthly renewals from carriers into the CRM
- Assist the team with various projects
- Assist with the yearly open enrollment period (October to December), requiring additional hours per week during this time, including some Saturdays. Requirements & qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects and multitask effectively
- Prior experience in health insurance is a plus, particularly in Medicare
- Self-motivated and well-organized
- Adaptable and able to go with the flow
