Representative, Wholesale Customer Service
Job Description
Job Summary Play an auxiliary role within the department, and could be responsible for managing data, or customer assistance, depending on the departmental needs. This could include tasks such as: data filing and data input and assisting wholesale customers in placing orders and correcting billing errors.

Bachelor's Degree Job Responsibilities Assist wholesale customers in placing orders, correcting billing errors, and problem solving. Assist other clerks in the wholesale sales department as needed. Issue customer credits accurately and on a timely basis. Input retail prices for wholesale accounts. Input, print, and distribute ad plans for assigned stores and/or groups. Review all customer pricing, credits, and commitments for accuracy. Assist in inputting ad pricing for wholesale customers. Place commitments to buyers as requested by the wholesale customers. The hiring range for this position is $14.75- $17.92 per hour/year. This range represents the anticipated base pay for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and location. Eligible employees may be offered health, vision, and dental insurance, personal/sick paid time, 401(k) retirement savings plan, bonus potential, paid bereavement, vacation and paid holidays.Benefits
