About Us We're a growing local business looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple areas of our business, wear different hats, and build valuable skills in a supportive environment.
What You'll Be Doing Shop Operations:
Help run day-to-day sign shop operations, assist with orders, customer service, operate our printers and general shop duties (All skill taught on the job)
Paperwork & Documentation:
Review, organize, and process business paperwork—transaction records, orders, contracts, receipts, and other documents; flag issues or discrepancies as needed
Online Listings Management:
Update and maintain our company listings across online platforms and directories
Bookkeeping Support:
Assist with minor bookkeeping tasks—data entry, organizing receipts, transaction categorization(with guidance)
General Administrative Tasks:
Varied duties supporting overall business operations What We're Looking For Strong computer skills - You should be very comfortable working on a computer daily, navigating multiple platforms and software, troubleshooting basic tech issues, and learning new tools quickly Reliable and detail-oriented Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks Comfortable with spreadsheets, data entry, and online platforms Friendly customer service attitude Willingness to learn and take on new challenges No specialized experience required—just strong computer comfort and a positive work ethic, everything else is taught on the job.
