Field Sales & Community Growth Consultant (Senior Healthcare)

Role:
Are you a natural networker who loves being out in the community making a direct, positive impact on people's lives? We are seeking a high-energy, mission-driven Field Sales & Community Growth Consultant to join our team in Cleveland. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, connecting with Medicare-eligible seniors, local businesses, and healthcare referral partners to drive new patient enrollment. You won't be trapped behind a desk-80% to 90% of your time will be spent in the field hosting community events, building relationships, and conducting center tours.
Key Responsibilities Direct Community Engagement:
Meet directly with seniors at local community centers, senior living facilities, art fairs, YMCAs, and neighborhood events to share the value of our senior care centers.
Event Execution:
Organize, host, and table at a minimum of 14 community events per month, including weekly center open houses and local educational sessions.
Relationship & Partnership Building:
Establish and nurture strong referral relationships with Medicare Advantage agents, independent brokers, social workers, case managers, and senior housing directors.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:
Conduct active outreach, follow up on direct mail and inbound leads, conduct targeted call blitzes, and utilize Salesforce to manage prospect pipelines and schedule first-time patient appointments.
Patient Retention:
Guide prospective patients through their initial center tour and ensure a seamless transition to their first completed appointment.
What We Are Looking For Field Sales Experience:
Proven experience in outside, face-to-face sales (outside insurance sales, hospice/home health, long-term care, or life insurance sales background preferred).
Community Networker:
A warm, empathetic personality with existing roots or a strong ability to build quick trust within the local senior community.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Teams, Excel) and comfort navigating Salesforce CRM and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's preferred); valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for local travel.
Physical Capability:
Ability to lift and carry up to 30+ lbs (event materials, folding tables, banners).
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$50,000 - $55,000 per year (commencing at $60k billing structure internally)
Uncapped Commission Structure:
$75,000 OTE at 11 patient enrollments/month $90,000 OTE at 15 patient enrollments/month Average first-year earnings of $80,000+
Ramp Period:
3-month grace period with no quota accountability while you build your pipeline, while remaining eligible for month-one commissions.
Travel Allowance:
$0.67 per mile standard mileage reimbursement for local travel.
Tools Provided:
Laptop, smartphone, and all promotional materials/swag fully covered.
