Job Description

BASIC FUNCTION
The Customer Service Intern provides support for the organization's customers by providing the highest level of customer service possible.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, production) to resolve issues Provide timely follow-up and maintain strong customer relationships Enter and maintain accurate data in relevant systems Support additional administrative or customer service tasks as needed Provide information to the customers regarding: order status, product availability, product pricing, bill of materials Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Minimum Qualifications:
Currently pursuing an associate degree Strong problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
