Duties Operate cash registers accurately, handling cash, credit card transactions, and balancing cash drawers at the end of each shift Provide friendly, professional customer service by answering questions, assisting with product selections. Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain knowledge of store products, promotions, and merchandising standards to assist customers effectively Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure a clean, attractive shopping environment Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries. Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and balancing registers accurately Ability to perform retail math calculations quickly and accurately for sales and discounts.
