Part-time, Full-time Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both in person and over the phone
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on their needs
- Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise as needed
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Basic understanding of retail math for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Technical sales experience or knowledge is an asset
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Be able to lift up to 65lbs
