We are a traditional dry-cleaning company with laundry services, wash-n-fold, rugs, wedding dresses, household cleaning (comforters, valances, draperies etc..) and more. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and we currently seek a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your skills and expertise will be valued and rewarded. We are looking for someone who is willing to work in a hybrid environment where you might be asked to perform duties outside of your normal role, when needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Help customers when dropping off and picking up items in person and over the phone. Check-In and examine incoming orders from in-person drop off or from incoming delivery routes. Assemble, perform quality checks & package finished orders to meet customer deadlines and special requests. General office tasks including some light cleaning and keeping things organized.
