ASAP Sponsorship is not available Technical Customer Order Management Specialist Description Our client in technical manufacturing is looking for a Technical Customer Order Management Specialist to join their team near Bridgeport, PA. You will manage customer orders from quotation through delivery, coordinate priorities with production, and maintain accurate order and quality records. To be considered, you must have customer order management experience in a technical manufacturing environment and experience working within a quality management system. Success requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple active orders independently. This is an opportunity to own a key customer-facing process, learn a specialized product line, and grow your responsibilities within a close-knit team. Technical Customer Order Management Specialist Responsibilities Manage customer orders from quotation through final delivery Review purchase orders, specifications, drawings, and documentation Prepare quotes and enter orders using customer requirements and product information Coordinate order schedules and priorities with production teams Track active orders and proactively identify risks of missed deadlines Communicate lead times, order updates, and delays to customers Maintain complete order and quality-system records Resolve missing or conflicting order information Gather technical details and route complex questions to engineering Coordinate shipping documents and delivery requirements Analyze order and customer data using Excel and ERP reports Support process and documentation improvements Technical Customer Order Management Specialist Qualifications 2+ years of full-cycle customer order management experience required Technical manufacturing industry experience required 2+ years of quality management system (e.g., ISO, IATF, AS9100, QSR) experience required Proficiency with an ERP or manufacturing order system required Microsoft Excel (data sorting, basic formulas, and analysis) skills required About #twiceasnice Recruiting Across industries, roles, and North America, we help clients quickly attract top talent with custom-built searches.
