Ability to provide direct personal care (toileting, diapering, feeding, assisting with transfers) and remain actively engaged throughout the day. Must reside within a 35-minute commute and have reliable transportation. Willingness and ability to attend a mandatory full-week orientation prior to starting. Must meet one Pennsylvania paraprofessional qualification, or complete certification within the first 60 days.
