Communicate repair recommendations and quotations to customers in a professional and timely manner. Follow up on outstanding quotations to answer customer questions and secure repair approvals. Coordinate approved repairs with the service team to ensure timely scheduling and completion. Maintain accurate documentation of quotations, approvals, and customer communications.
