Salary Range:

Dependable and reliable Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills Excellent phone and computer skills A goal oriented and self driven individual Responsibilities Develop and maintain client relationships Submit all policy payments and do our end of day bank reconciliation Send nonpayment cancellation notices to clients and follow up with phone calls at appropriate time. Company mail including scanning all documents to our agency management system. Update and maintain our insurance management system. Send out birthday and sympathy cards to our clients when needed Answer all incoming calls and direct to appropriate personnel. Other light clerical duties as needed.
