Robert Half is seeking a customer-focused and dependable Hybrid Call Center Representative to join a local team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with questions and concerns, resolve issues efficiently, and provide a high-quality service experience across both remote and in-office environments. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, comfortable with technology, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely mannerMake outbound calls as needed for follow-up, appointment scheduling, surveys, or issue resolutionResolve customer concerns by identifying needs, researching solutions, and documenting interactionsEnter and update customer information accurately in company systemsEscalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessaryMeet performance goals related to call quality, response time, customer satisfaction, and productivityMaintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all customer interactionsCollaborate effectively with team members and supervisors in both remote and in-office settingsAttend required training sessions, team meetings, and coaching sessions
