Job Description
Overview HHL Advisors Group is a forward-thinking financial advisory and CPA firm that serves small to medium-sized businesses with comprehensive tax, accounting, and consulting services. Responsibilities Manage and perform full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple client accounts, including accounts payable/receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance Ensure timely and accurate monthly close and maintain high-quality financial records for clients Communicate directly with clients to collect information, resolve discrepancies, and address inquiries Review team members' work and ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with firm standards Train and mentor junior bookkeepers, providing hands-on guidance using real client cases Develop and refine SOPs and training materials to standardize bookkeeping processes Identify workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability Collaborate with tax and accounting teams to ensure smooth client service delivery Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3-5+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a CPA firm or client service environment Strong understanding of U.S. bookkeeping and accounting practices Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously Prior experience in training or mentoring is highly preferred Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required
