Job Description
Schedule:
12:30pm-9:00pm EST, 40 hours/week (including one weekend day)Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries from customers and affiliates, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's home improvement programs and product offerings.
- Create and manage new work orders, ensuring all customer details are correctly recorded.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with customers and affiliates as needed.
- Process customer payments securely and efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately within the operating system.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and courtesy during all interactions, representing the company in a positive manner.
