What You'll Do As an Account Manager, you'll become a trusted shipping advisor for businesses across the country. Instead of cold calling, you'll work with customers who are already seeking freight shipping solutions. You'll help them compare options, find the best rates, solve logistics challenges, and create long-term business relationships.
