Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in accordance with health regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure seamless service flow Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order entry and sales processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Experience with food handling, food preparation support, and guest relations is highly desirable Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
