Customer Service Representative - Call Center Auburn, MA | $16.50/hour | Remote After Training Ready to turn customer questions into solutions? We're looking for friendly, dependable Customer Service Representatives to join a busy customer communications team supporting drivers with account questions, payments, updates, and more. The best part? You'll train onsite in Auburn for approximately 8 weeks, then have the opportunity to work from home once training is successfully completed and performance standards are met. What You'll Do You'll be the friendly voice customers connect with when they need help with their accounts.
Your day may include:
Answering inbound calls and responding to customer questions through phone, email, and chat Assisting customers with account updates, payments, account information, addresses, and account settings Processing applications, correspondence, and account changes accurately Researching billing questions, charges, and account discrepancies Helping customers understand their accounts and available options Entering and updating information in computer systems while maintaining accuracy Handling sensitive customer information professionally and securely Following established procedures, quality standards, and scheduled breaks Participating in call monitoring and quality assurance programs Keeping a positive, professional attitude—even when conversations get challenging What We're Looking For You don't need years of call center experience to succeed here. We're looking for someone who is: Fluent in English Comfortable speaking with customers by phone Friendly, professional, and patient Strong with computers and data entry A good problem solver who enjoys finding answers Detail-oriented and accurate Reliable and comfortable working within a structured schedule Able to stay focused and productive in a remote environment Ideally has 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred
The Schedule Training:
Approximately 8 weeks onsite in Auburn Training hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM After training: Remote opportunity, Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM-7:00
PM Rotating Saturdays:
Approximately one Saturday per month, 9:00 AM-1:00 PM. You'll receive time off during the week so you remain at a 40-hour workweek.
