Position Overview:

Required Skills & Qualifications 2 to 4 years of related customer service or call center experience. Background or previous experience in Human Resources is heavily relied upon and required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; hands-on experience using Salesforce is strongly preferred. Demonstrated professional traits of being hardworking, honest, and highly dependable. Ability to work a standard shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a fully remote capacity.
