Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Community Management - Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our organization and the community, providing exceptional customer support and fostering positive client relationships. This position is primarily remote but requires regular in-person support in Dunlap, Tennessee , approximately 2-3 days per week (or as business needs require). The remainder of the workweek will be performed remotely. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for owners, vendors, and prospective owners. Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Assist Community Association Managers with daily portfolio management. Prepare owner correspondence, notices, and community communications. Process architectural review applications, owner requests, and maintenance work orders. Coordinate with vendors regarding community maintenance and service requests. Update owner accounts and management software with accurate records. Schedule meetings, inspections, and vendor appointments. Assist with meeting preparation, agendas, minutes, and follow-up tasks. Maintain organized electronic records and documentation. Support special projects and provide administrative assistance to the management team.
Qualifications Preferred candidates will have:
Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional phone and email etiquette Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team High attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience in HOA, POA, condominium, or property management Experience in customer service, administrative support, or office management Familiarity with FrontSteps, Caliber, or similar property management software Schedule Full-Time (40 hours/week) Monday-Friday Partially remote Expected to work onsite in Dunlap several days each week as needed to support operations The ideal candidate is someone who: Enjoys helping people and providing exceptional customer service Can remain calm and professional during difficult conversations Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems Thrives in a team environment Is dependable, organized, and eager to learn
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
