Full Job Description Job Summary:

The position will be responsible for the monthly compliance reports that involves reconciliation, weekly suspend auditing, entry level financials and communicating directly with California state agencies, clients, customers, subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have analytical skills, strong work ethics, and great interpersonal skills. The project is based in downtown Los Angeles with hybrid in-person and remote workdays as an option to be defined by the manager. Job Description Review operations and financial records to identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information. Audit subcontractor documents for compliance of service level agreements, performance standards, and contract requirements. Compare different sets of data and resolve discrepancies, adjust entries, generate reports, or communicate with other departments or external parties to resolve any issues. Work with financial and operations reports or other documents that need to be reconciled. Use various software tools, such as spreadsheets, databases, operations, and accounting systems to perform their duties.
