Pay:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour Olsten Staffing is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals for a Bilingual Customer Care Specialist position. Job Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls and assist with account-related inquiries. Research and resolve customer concerns while providing excellent service. Demonstrate empathy and active listening to ensure customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately. Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers. Identify solutions and proactively address customer needs. Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (required). High School Diploma or GED required. At least 1 year of work experience required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Pay Details:
