Manchester, NH, US 03109 Job Overview Looking for a customer-focused professional to join our Customer Experience team. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, helping resolve questions, process orders, and ensure a positive experience at every interaction. If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. A Day In The Life Support customers via phone, email, chat, and CRM systems. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Resolve order issues, shipping concerns, product questions, and customer inquiries. Manage product returns and repair requests from start to finish. Provide regular updates to customers and ensure timely issue resolution. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and other teams to meet customer needs. Help identify opportunities to improve processes and the customer experience. What will help you thrive in this role? 2+ years of customer service, order management, sales support, or related experience preferred. HS Diploma or GED required Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel. Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
