View More Jobs Customer Service Associate II Aurora, IL, United States and 2 more (Hybrid) Job Description Serve as the primary customer contact for your assigned portfolio of retail accounts and ensure all customer needs and expectations are met. You will respond to inbound customer calls and emails regarding order inquiry as to ship dates, problems, order changes, and RMA's. You will assist other customer service associates with administrative duties. You will communicate with other departments and stakeholders, such as but not limited to, Logistics, Manufacturing, Regional Sales Managers, Product Managers, etc., to resolve customer issues. You will support order processing tasks including order entry, expediting orders, change orders, returns, monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies. JOB DUTIES
Support customer order and return processing tasks accurately and efficiently. Support disrupting payment shortage deductions from customers with appropriate back-up information to receive a repay with regard to assigned portfolio of retail accounts. Provide all-encompassing administrative support for assigned portfolio of accounts to ensure all customer needs and expectations are met.
YOU MUST HAVE
2+ years of customer service/account-related experience Working knowledge of SAP and/or other computer software programs Demonstrated proficiency in all software applications in Microsoft office Working knowledge of EDI transactions. A keen attention to detail.
