Job Description
Overview BOSH Home Solutions is growing and looking for a detail-oriented full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. We're an HVAC company that takes pride in helping homeowners stay comfortable — and we're looking for someone who enjoys staying organized, supporting customers, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Position Full time Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays 7:00am- 4:30pm EST Location Remote with occasional training in Bristol, PA until we move into our new office in Trevose. Duties Answer phones and assist customers with professionalism and care Schedule and dispatch technicians using Housecall Pro (experience preferred) Update and maintain customer information and service records Manage spreadsheets, and daily data entry Track job progress, invoices, and follow-ups with customers Support the office team with scheduling, estimates, and coordination of equipment Requirements Previous HVAC experience
