Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! Your compassionate approach will help build lasting relationships, resolve inquiries efficiently, and contribute to a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat platforms. Manage client activity and maintain accurate records of transactions and interactions. Assist with office management tasks including filing, data entry, and organizing client information using spreadsheets and productivity software like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Collaborate with team members to improve office workflows, streamline client communication processes, and enhance overall productivity. Maintain a high level of computer literacy by utilizing various office tools, including Word processing, and spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Experience Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and email. Familiarity with technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Previous roles involving clerical duties such data entry and filing.
