About The Job:

Support account changes, invoices, quotes, and other sales-related issues Serve internal (75%) and external (25%) customers and stakeholders Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve sales support issues Assist the Sales team with customer requests and problem resolution Utilize Salesforce and Jira to support sales operations and issue tracking Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

About You:

Bachelor's degree required 2+ years of professional experience required Customer success, client support, or sales support experience preferred Salesforce and Jira experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Collaborative, customer service-oriented, and solutions-focused Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
