Seattle area client sites + in-office collaboration About the Role Greene IS is seeking a customer-focused Field Technician to support onsite client deployments, Microsoft 365 migrations, workstation setups, and end-user support across multiple client environments. This role is ideal for a intermediate-skilled technician who enjoys hands-on technical work, travel, and direct client interaction in fast-paced environments. Responsibilities Travel to client sites throughout the Seattle area to provide onsite technical support Configure and troubleshoot: Microsoft 365 Azure AD / Entra ID Intune / MDM Outlook OneDrive SharePoint Printers and scan-to-email Perform workstation deployments, reloads, and desk setups Back up and restore user profiles Assist users with: MFA setup Email access Shared mailboxes Mobile device setup Business application access Troubleshoot user, device, and connectivity issues Document work in ConnectWise and Confluence Deliver exceptional customer service and problem resolution Qualifications 2+ years of Level 2 desktop or field support experience Strong experience with: Microsoft 365 Azure / Entra ID Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM) Exchange Online SharePoint OneDrive Microsoft Office Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience with workstation setup, migrations, and user onboarding Basic networking knowledge preferred Experience with ConnectWise and ScreenConnect preferred MSP experience preferred Additional Requirements Must be able to travel regularly to client locations throughout the Seattle area Must have reliable personal transportation (car required) Must be available to work from the office a minimum of 3 days per week Must be available to start within 15-20 days Preferred Certifications
