HVAC Retail Customer Service Representative Texas Ace Service

Texas Ace Service is located in Midlothian, TX, but serves the entire DFW Metroplex and continues to grow day after day. We strive to provide the highest quality customer service to every home owner we come in contact with. We also understand happy employees provide the best customer service to anyone they come in contact with. We are looking for the right person to add to our Texas Ace Service family! The ideal candidate would be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment on multiple platforms. We would also need someone that can effectively communicate with our customers and technicians with ease, and someone who can learn quick! You would be responsible for handling a multi-line phone system, making calls to schedule our customers, book appointments accurately and have basic knowledge of the DFW area map. We are looking for a candidate that is extremely detail-oriented and able to multi-task with ease, because after all, this is an HVAC company in Texas! This position provides the opportunity to work the On-Call phone one weekend a month for additional overtime pay along with an on call bonus.
Requirements:
Flexibility in schedule
  • will work 8-5 for the first 90 days and then move to 9-6 CSR Experience
  • 2 years HVAC Experience
  • 1 year preferred Attention to detail, able to multi-task efficiently Ideal Candidate ALSO has familiarity with the HOUSTON metro area Our goal is to provide both, our customers and technicians, with the most time efficient scheduling as possible, while maintaining a pleasant and inviting personality. Other job responsibilities would consist of:
  • Dispatching technicians from ServiceTitan
  • Answering Emails
  • Data Entry
  • Transferring calls to the appropriate departments
